Summary of Service
Initial advice and signposting on the areas of law listed above. The clinic has been running with just phone appointments since 2020, but from summer 2023 also offers an in-person clinic at the Library of Birmingham at least once a month. To request an appointment, please email : BusinessandLearning@Birmingham.gov.uk. You will then be contacted for initial details and to arrange a time for an advisor to call in the case of phone appointments.
Please note that the clinic cannot take on long running cases or attend hearings in support of clients.
